I am definitely not one to hate veggies, but often find it hard to get veggies into me more than 2-3 times a day, if I'm lucky! So adding spinach to my smoothies is a quick easy way to increase my veggie intake along with increasing my consumption of Vitamin K, Magnesium, Calcium, and Folate!
I will admit, despite my love of spinach, I was very wary of adding spinach to my oh so delicious smoothies. However, you truly can't taste the spinach and if you carry a green smoothie around, you are bound to meet new people, because someone will always have a question!! How could you not wonder when something looks this delish!
I've currently been drinking about 3-4 green smoothies a week, but one of my goals for March is to drink one green smoothie every day!! Anyone wanna join the challenge??
Ooh I just posted about not eating enough veggies.. I need to start buying spinach again so I can make green smoothies!
